1. RETURNS POLICY
1.1 Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
1.2 All products must be returned in a saleable condition meaning that they must be unused and in their original packaging with any security seals still intact. We reserve the right to consider the condition of any product that you wish to return and make any deduction if there are indications that the product, its packaging or its security seals have been used, removed, broken or tampered with.
1.3 Please note that your right to cancel or return a product does not apply to unsealed fragrances which have been opened, tested or partially used.
1.4 Returning a UK, EU & Non-EU Order. The following clauses [1.1] to [1.3] (inclusive) apply if you wish to return an order delivered to you in the UK, EU & Non-EU:
- Complete the returns form and place in box
- Place products in original packaging for protection during transit
- Attach the returns label to the outside of the box and seal securely
- Arrange a collection from UPS by visiting www.ups.com. Click ‘contact ups’ at the bottom left of this screen and call the UPS customer service telephone number. Please have your returns label ready in order to provide information.
2. REFUNDS POLICY
2.1 Refunds on UK and EU Orders. Within 14 days of us receiving your order back by post, or receiving proof that your order was returned to us, we will refund you the original purchase price and delivery charge for your order provided that you return the products to us in a saleable condition. Refunds will be made back to the same card used to pay for the order
2.2 Refunds on a Non-EU Order. If you placed your order and paid for it to be delivered to a Non-EU country, then within 14 days of receiving your Order back by post we will refund you the original purchase price for your order provided that that you return the products to us in a saleable condition. Please note that we shall not refund the original delivery charge or any local customs duties charged to you at checkout and paid to a local customs authority.
